Blessing of the Backpacks | Sunday, August 30

Join us for a special Blessing of the Backpacks during both worship services as we pray over our students and the upcoming school year.

All Preschool–12th grade students are invited to come to the front after worship for a special time of prayer. Students are encouraged to bring or wear their backpacks as a reminder of the year ahead, but bringing a backpack is completely optional—every kid is welcome to participate!
After the prayer, students will receive a special backpack keychain with a Bible verse to remind them that God is with them wherever they go this school year.
 
Students attending KidMin will be escorted in and then be dismissed to their classrooms as usual after.
