Peace Church Wayland is a daughter campus of Peace Church Middleville (our central campus). We currently operate under the spiritual authority and oversight of the administrative elders of Peace Middleville, who provide guidance, accountability, and shared vision as we grow.

Over the past year, we have established local elders and deacons here at Wayland, and we are actively in the process of raising up additional leaders from within our church family. As our ministry continues to grow, we are intentionally developing local leadership that reflects the people, calling, and community of Wayland.

Our long-term vision is to become a sister church. When that time comes, Peace Wayland will move from being under the authority of Peace Middleville to being led by local elders - men raised up from within our own congregation - while continuing to share the same mission, values, and gospel focus. We will keep our name, remain deeply connected in purpose, and grow into fully localized leadership.
